Do I have to commit to a schedule?
No. ImagingForce gives you access to opportunities as they become available. Review the details and decide whether each one fits your availability. Accept or pass—the decision is yours.
Can I keep my full-time job?
Yes. ImagingForce is designed to give you another option, not replace the job you already have. You can complete the Shift Ready process while continuing to work your regular schedule.
What does Shift Ready mean?
Shift Ready means you've completed ImagingForce's required interview, credential verification, screening, and onboarding process and are ready to be considered for matching opportunities.
Are shifts available now?
ImagingForce is currently building its initial Charleston network of Shift Ready X-ray techs while introducing the platform to local facilities. Becoming Shift Ready doesn't guarantee shifts—it positions you to consider matching opportunities as they become available.
What if I'm new to independent contract work?
That's okay. We'll explain the ImagingForce process and what to expect before you accept an opportunity. You'll also receive available facility-specific information before your shift.
When and how do I get paid?
Techs are paid every two weeks by direct deposit through Gusto for completed and approved shifts. As ImagingForce grows, our goal is to move to weekly payouts.
Is ImagingForce only for X-ray techs?
Right now, ImagingForce is launching with X-ray technologists in the Charleston area. Additional imaging modalities and markets are planned as the network grows.
Do I need to be in Charleston?
ImagingForce is starting in the Charleston area, with plans to expand into additional markets as the network grows.
